Crown 11 Mystery Box

Crown 11 Mystery Box includes a Free mode with star points and a ranking display, alongside paid box options. This page explains the differences between star points, displayed item values, ranking rewards, and account balances using the supplied interface screenshots.

Prices and probabilities below describe the supplied screenshots. They do not establish a permanent offer, a guaranteed reward, physical delivery, or withdrawal eligibility. Check the current rules for the selected mode.

01 / The Format

What Does a Mystery Box Represent?

A Defined Reward Pool

A box is associated with a set of possible rewards. Read the pool for the particular box rather than treating all boxes as identical. A picture of a valuable item does not tell you its probability or guarantee that item.

An Opening and Its Recorded Result

The animation presents an opening, while the applicable rules define the result and how it is recorded. If an animation, item description, and account entry appear inconsistent, preserve the relevant record for a support enquiry.

Free Mode / Stars & Ranking

Free Open, Star Points and Ranking

The Free screen includes a Free Open button, a star total, a rank, and a Rewards Dispatching countdown. The ranking panel contains Top 10, My, and Last Match tabs.

Stars Are Not Rupees

The free-mode pool labels its outcomes with a star symbol. In the supplied pool, the central phone image is labelled 25,000 stars with a displayed probability of 0.01%. That is a star-point label, not evidence of a ₹25,000 cash payment or delivery of the pictured phone.

Ranking Rewards Are a Separate Display

The pictured Top 10 panel lists rewards of ₹100, ₹50, ₹30, ₹25, ₹20, ₹18, ₹16, ₹14, ₹12, and ₹11 for positions 1 through 10. Another part of the panel shows a rank outside the Top 10 with its own displayed reward. The complete ranking bands and eligibility conditions are not shown.

A countdown and a changing rank do not establish how often rewards are settled, whether a displayed rank is final, or which balance receives a reward.

The screenshots do not establish a daily free-opening allowance. Retry Cards appear in the interface, but their effect on the recorded score, usage limits, and reset conditions need the complete activity rules.

Paid Options / Screenshot Record

Paid Box Amounts Shown in the Interface

The supplied box screens show nine amounts: ₹10, ₹20, ₹30, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹300, ₹500, and ₹1,000. These are separate from the Free screen.

The pictured pool panels display item images, rupee-labelled values, and outcome percentages. Several panels also show Change Prize and quantity controls. These labels alone do not establish whether an item is delivered, sold, converted into credits, or eligible for withdrawal.

Example: The ₹10 Pool

In the supplied ₹10 panel, the central temple image is labelled ₹9,997 with a probability of 0.01%. Other pictured entries include ₹240 at 0.04%, ₹1,052 at 0.02%, ₹1 at 17.50%, and ₹11.5 at 28.69%.

The last amount is the displayed item value, not the opening price. A prize value higher than the price does not guarantee that outcome or establish a positive return.

Read the Exact Pool Before Interpreting Its Figures

Different panels list different values and percentages. Do not transfer the ₹10 pool’s figures to another box. In several examples, the central featured item has a displayed probability of 0.01%, equivalent to 1 in 10,000 as a probability expression—not a guarantee of receiving it within 10,000 openings.

02 / Reward Types

Crown 11 Mystery Box Rewards and Their Conditions

Items and Conversion Values

Check whether a displayed reward is an account item, an entitlement to a physical item, or another type of credit. An item image or displayed value is not, by itself, a promise of physical delivery or withdrawable cash.

If an item-conversion option is provided, check the conversion value, the type of balance credited, and whether the action is reversible. This page does not confirm that every item supports conversion.

Tokens, Credits, and Cash

A token or promotional credit can have restrictions that do not apply to other balances. Identify the balance type and any expiry, usage, or withdrawal conditions. Do not assume that the number displayed beside a reward is immediately available for withdrawal.

03 / Conditions

Read the Conditions for the Specific Box

  • The box name or tier and the effective date of its rules.
  • The amount and balance type deducted, including any fees.
  • The reward pool and the probability of each outcome.
  • Any free-use allowance, expiry date, or qualifying condition.
  • Reward crediting, item conversion, and withdrawal restrictions.
  • The handling of interrupted openings or disputed records.

If return-to-player information is provided, it should not be read as a promise of your own return. The UK Gambling Commission explains RTP as an average over many plays in its guide to return to player.

This external reference explains a general concept. It does not establish a Crown 11 RTP figure, licence, certification, or regulatory relationship.

Paid random rewards can result in a financial loss. A previous result, promotional image, or individual success story does not guarantee a future outcome.

The Displayed Pool Changes with the Quantity Selection

The two supplied captures show x1 (₹1,000) and x10 (₹10,000) with the same displayed item values but different percentages for several outcomes. The table records those displays; it does not recommend either option.

₹1,12329.18%23.77%
₹2,3997.50%7.85%

Some percentages increase, others decrease, and two remain unchanged. The screenshots do not establish whether the x10 figures describe each opening, an aggregate result, or another calculation. They must not be presented as the probability of receiving an item at least once in ten attempts.

Because quantity affects the displayed distribution in this example, a probability table should identify both the box and the selected quantity. Do not apply an x1 table to an x10 option.

What the Supplied Rule Panel Says

  • The platform offers different mystery boxes and describes each box as containing nine products.
  • The panel states that buying multiple boxes increases the chance of selection.
  • For products sold in Mystery Box, it states that the platform returns value to the account wallet according to the product price.
There are details to clarify. The pictured pool panels contain 12 outcome entries, whereas the Rule text says nine products. The quantity comparison does not show a higher probability for every item. The wallet statement does not specify the credited balance type, conversion rate, fees, withdrawal eligibility, or physical-delivery conditions.

The panel’s promotional claims about origin, luck, and expensive gifts are not evidence of independent certification or a guaranteed outcome. This page records the rule text and visible differences rather than treating those claims as verified performance.

04 / Record Questions

Ask About a Reward or Account Entry

Use the confirmed in-service route: My Account → Contact US → Chat with us → Customer Service. Describe the specific box, activity reference, date, and discrepancy. Keep a redacted screenshot if one is relevant.

Do not share passwords or verification codes. This page does not accept private account documents and does not promise a response time or dispute outcome.

Mystery Box Questions

Which paid amounts are shown in the supplied screenshots?

The box screens show ₹10, ₹20, ₹30, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹300, ₹500, and ₹1,000. Check the currently selected box and its rules; the screenshots do not guarantee permanent pricing.

Does an item picture mean physical delivery?

Not necessarily. Check the reward description for whether it is a virtual item, a physical entitlement, or another credit. Delivery eligibility and any associated conditions need separate confirmation.

What should I record if the reward looks incorrect?

Record the box name, activity reference, date, displayed result, and credited item or balance. Describe the difference clearly and send only necessary, redacted evidence through the in-service support route.

How many free openings are available?

A Free Open entry is visible, but the screenshots do not establish the number of openings per account, any reset schedule, or all qualifying conditions. Do not interpret the button as an unlimited allowance.

Does 0.01% guarantee a reward after 10,000 attempts?

No. It expresses a probability of 1 in 10,000, not a promised schedule. A separate guaranteed-reward or pity rule would need to be explicitly documented; none is established by that percentage alone.
